AMENITIES: 1 separate living room with TV (42'Plasma TV), stereo unit and DVD player 4 separate bedrooms with one double bed 1ne separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed 2 separate bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin unit 1 separate living room with 2 sofa beds and 40 'LCD TV 1 kitchen with dining table refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, cutlery, etc. 2 cots, 2 high chairs and 1 baby bath are available. 2 bathrooms with shower & toilet Our HOLIDAY PROPERTIES are a Pet friendly well equipped. During your holiday is the Use of the gym Fit for Life by TWS in Bad Sachsa free. Linen and towels are of course available. To the facility include a barbecue area with grill ever. Parking spaces for cars are available.

    CANCELLATION FEES TO 8 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL = 60% of the total price, and at 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the total price, unless the tenant to know that the Lender has sustained less damage.
