The Ferienhaus'ERIKA ': can accommodate 1-10 people on about 140 m². The house was renovated in early 2011 and refurbished. Aussattung House ERIKA to 10 people: 1 separate living room with television (TV 42'LCD) and stereo 4 separate bedrooms with one double bed 1 separate bedroom with a single bed 1 Put one of the most advanced in the double room 2 separate bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin unit 1 bath 1 kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, cutlery, etc. 2 cots, 2 high chairs and 1 baby bath are available. ALL HOLIDAY PROPERTIES: Our HOLIDAY PROPERTIES are a Pet friendly well equipped. During your holiday, the use of the gym Fit for Life by TWS in Bad Sachsa is free for you. Linen and towels are included and are of course available. To the holiday homes and holiday flat are each a barbecue area with grill. There are parking spaces available for vehicles.

  • The prices are for 7 people, each additional person 15 € / night.

    Short booking fee 75 euros (less than 3 nights).
        
    Infants under 2 years pay nothing.


    The prices include bed linen, towels, utilities and house cleaning.
        
    Tourist tax 0.95 € / night / adult.

    CANCELLATION FEES TO 8 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL = 60% of the total price, and at 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the total price, unless the tenant to know that the Lender has sustained less damage.
  • MINIMUM NUMBER OF TENANTS: Rent 6 people can be on holidays or the vacation 20 € instead of 17 € per night / person!
