Enjoy a great vacation at the newly renovated St Regis. We want you to feel like this condo is your home away from home. It has all the amenities one needs for a vacation or just to get away for a long weekend. The onsite amenities include outdoor swimming pool(seasonal) with lounge chairs and picnic tables, sauna, fitness room, arcade, business center, outdoor grill with picnic tables, restaurant on 7th floor and luggage carts in the lobby.
Condo has a king bed in master suite! A 55'' TV in den, along w/TV's in each bedroom, DVD, and rocking chairs to enjoy the views of the ocean and pool! The kitchen is stocked with an assortment of small appliances including coffee pot, toaster as well as all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, glassware and bake ware. Full size washer and dryer round out the condo. Access to owners storage allows you to keep all of your pool, beach, or ocean toys stored away.! Saturday to Saturday only rentals during peak season.

Great place

The condo was clean and had all thw updated amenities one wants on a stay. The pool area was easily accessible and had a bar and food bar that serves good food. Beach is mere steps away which was great. No lugging stuff for a long walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella are available as well. Loved the area and the beach and everything.

First timers

First time to Topsail Island. Condo was nice with good amenities with pool and beach access. Local food locations were very good at a reasonable rate. Only negative was not much in the way of things to do beside beach and pool. 8-10 mile drive to anything to see or do. Great for just relaxing and beach time.

Bathrooms need a major upgrade.. everything else was not bad at all. Needs new towels and the linen needs to be upgraded

My wife and I live in Cary, NC which is a short 2 1/2 hour drive to North Topsail Island. Being an independent business owner for over 20 years, my time for vacations was limited. We have always loved the beach and the sounds of the ocean. So when the opportunity presented itself, we couldn't pass it up. North Topsail has given us the opportunity to relax and enjoy our family. We have four children, 26, 23, 19, 15 and one beautiful granddaughter whom we hope will all enjoy the condo for years to come. We look forward to making great memories here as we hope you will as well. It is our home away from home and we hope to make it your home away from home.

Why they chose this property

Through the years we have stayed at places along both the North and South Carolina beaches but hadn't found one that you can truly relax at until we went to North Topsail Island.

If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then this is the place for you. The beaches are not overcrowded, traffic - well there really isn't any unless you want to count the vast variety of birds on the beach. There's plenty to do, yet not so much that you're overwhelmed. Spend some quality time with those you love and rejuvenate yourself! You won't need a vacation from your vacation

What makes this property unique

This condo is only a minute walk to the beach and pool area!! You can sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean and see and hear the sights and sounds. The exercise room is great along with the sauna. Or maybe you'd like to swim in the indoor pool(currently closed for repairs). Outdoor charcoal grills give you the opportunity to grill out, whether it's your catch of the day or whatever's on your menu. Don't feel like cooking? Take the elevator up to the 7th floor and enjoy your dinner at the Restaurant - Oceans Edge (formerly Topsail Shrimp House). You can just sit for hours and unwind. It is also a great area for families visiting relatives stationed at Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point. The resort has several banquet rooms available for lease and the area has lots of caterers if needed!
