Domstolat B: up to 6 persons Kitchen / living room / 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom luxury / private garden / garage / on a total of two floors with a total area of ??200 m2 On the ground floor: entrance and living room with open kitchen This living area has direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy breakfast in glorious rural idyll. A wall of stone surrounding the region and gives this part of the garden a special atmosphere. Here is also garden furniture consisting of a table with six chairs and a bench. The large open kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, Frying pan, as well as towels and tea towels. Ski: In the vicinity of the house are Lysa Gora. After a 10-minute drive takes you sexy winter sports areas. In the Giant Mountains, 30 minutes away by car, there are numerous trails in the winter for cross-country skiers, as slopes for skiers and snowboarders. The world famous Sneska (Snow Mountain) is a fantastic getaway.

Rental Rates for this vacation cottage rental in Silesia, Poland

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Prices

    Strive Domstolat to offer any travel company an adequate and affordable supply. Therefore, the rent is based on each of the two apartments at a basic price per week up to a certain number of people.
    If this number is exceeded, an additional reduced price per person per night is estimated (pppn).

    Calculation example:

    Domstolat B: low season, 1 week (7 nights), 6 persons: 300, - € to max. 3 people + 3x10, - € x 7 nights = 510, - €.
    One night per person per night thus costs € 12.15

    Low season: 7 January 2012 - 2 June 2012 & 1 September 2012 - 22 December 2012
    High season: 2 July 2012 - 1 September 2012 & 22 December 2012 - 5 January 2013
  • In the price are included: 1 set of bed linen and towels, cleaning, Wi-Fi, VAT

    There are still only estimated additional costs for heating and electricity consumption based on each:
    Hot water (including shower) and Central heating: by consumption of heating oil per liter of € 1, - / 4 zlotty
    Hardwood optional according to consumption: € 35, - per m3
    If you want to bring pets by Domstolat, we charge 25 € per week per pet due to increased cleaning costs.

    In addition, we collect after arrival a (key) deposit amount of 100 € in cash. This is the amount you receive in complete return of the undamaged key before your departure back.
