Cozy half-timbered house on the edge of the old town. Ideally suited to explore Berlin without a car. And long-distance traffic in the immediate vicinity. We offer 100m ² on 2 levels. Upstairs is a large bedroom with double bed. In the living hall is possible a sofa bed fold out to a bed for 2 people to create. From this hallway and the bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet is reached. The ground floor has 2 more bedrooms with 2 beds each. Opposite the front door is a bathroom with shower. In the front of the house of the great light-filled common room with TV and stereo system, and a large table with seating for 8 is Personen.Über hall and common room is the spacious newly renovated kitchen reach. In the garden, children have space to play and romp. The large terrace with barbecue invites you to a happy end of the day, a small animals: After agreement it is possible to small animals such as hamsters, cats, etc., to bring a small dog. The holiday home is a parking area on the up to 2 cars found space on the opposite side of the road is a large parking lot and the street parking spaces are found.

  • Rent for the house price table: per night 100 € less than 400 €. 7 nights (weekly rate) 600 € in the first Week is the rent of 4-7 days, always 600 €. Bed linen is included! Our thorough Putzfee are a lot of effort and need for a thorough cleaning of the house for several hours, so cleaning costs € 50.00. Cost small animals by appointment only € per night 3 are available on request: towels (bath towel, washcloth, towel) 2,00 € per person.
  • Getting there by appointment, departure till 10:00 clock or by appointment. There is a possibility to temporarily store and departure the luggage in the neighboring building. Please contact us about this in advance.
