The house: The house, which is also used by us in private, has a kitchen, a living room, a modern and bright bathroom, and 3 bedrooms with 5 beds in total: (2 double beds, 1 single bed). If required, an additional charge may be another travel cot can be borrowed and placed. The house is equipped with a microwave / convection oven, gas stove, cable TV, radio, CD player, garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace grill. Also there is a wagon available. The house is on a dead end street with parking in front of the door. Location: Our cozy cottage in the park Duinland situated in a quiet location just off the North Sea coast between Alkmaar and Den Helder in close proximity to the sea (800m). The beach stretches for miles in both directions. Crossing the dune road, the beach is within a few minutes on foot or by bicycle.

Our cozy cottage in the park Duinland situated in a quiet location just off the North Sea coast between Alkmaar and Den Helder in close proximity to the sea (800m). Crossing the dune road, the beach is within a few minutes on foot or by bicycle. The holiday park has many trees and green spaces with playgrounds, tennis courts, laundry facilities and a bicycle rental. In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket where you can from April to end of October to buy everyday items, as well as fresh bread on foot. A large supermarket for the weekly shopping is about 7km away in Schagen. The beach stretches for miles in both directions. The northernmost part of the province of North Holland in 2000 awarded the Blue Flag. This award means that the relevant section of beach is clean and well maintained you would expect from a great holiday.

The house is on a dead end street with parking in front of the door. The holiday park is surrounded by beautiful fields of tulips, invite to the March and June to memorable bike rides, walks. Also villages with their unique facades and the polder landscape invite you to a bike ride. The city of Alkmaar with its famous cheese market, the beautiful old town, with many museums and canals is only 20 km away. A visit to the FORT KIJKDUIN you should not miss this historic fort was commissioned by Napoleon in order, and has been restored and converted into a unique sea life center. Before Den Helder are 2 submarines that invite to visit, as well as the harbor and a ride on the ferry to Texel.
