Clusters of small speciality shops, cafes, galleries and restaurants combine to create a sophisticated and convenient City Centre environment.

For those who require to travel out of the City, Haymarket rail station is less than 5 minutes by foot and neighbouring Queensferry Road is an arterial route linking the City Centre with the city by-pass, motorway network, Forth Road Bridge and airport.

Other Activities: Historical location with galleries, museums and historical walks.

An excellent place to stay: comfortable/ modern/ quiet location with lovely views/ easy walking distance to central Edinburgh ( if you dont mind hills)/ garage parking a great bonus so we could leave our car safely for our stay. Only disappointment was clothes dryer not working as we had a lot of washing to do after a wet stay in the Cairngorms! We would definitely stay here again. A guest book would be a useful bonus for people to leave suggestions/ comments re. places to eat, etc.
Staying during Edinburgh Festival was fantastic, could have done with an extra week
Owner's Response: The experience is typical of the sort of feedback we get from guests. In fact all guests are met on arrival and helped with local infomation etc and how the apartment works. A visitor book is a great idea. The washing machine is a washer dryer all in one.We do strive to ensure that everyone enjoys there stay in Edinburgh and encourage all guests to feedback for everyones benifit.

Lovely setting, overlooking the Waters of Leith. Great location withing walking distance of the Royal Mile, Rose Street pubs, and other central Edinburgh activities.
Property was very clean and up-to-date. Owner and local property manager good to work with. Since we had a rental car to do some pre- and during-Edinburgh sightseeing, we really appreciated the secure garage parking.
We were very pleased with our week here, and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Many good restaurants, pubs, stores, and activities in walking range. Readers should note that central Edinburgh is quite hilly in some areas and there is a fair amount of uphill and downhill walking, but it is all very doable at a reasonable pace.
Our visit overlapped with the Edinburgh Festival and Military Tattoo, which added even more great activities to a city which already has many.
