This house is a unique location an ideal base for walking, biking and excursions to explore the surrounding area. The direct location of the house on the traffic free route Emsland situated close to nature and the quiet central location of the house allow for active and relaxing vacation. In a few minutes walk from the ferry 'Amisia'. Both the town center with shops, restaurants and cafes as well as the indoor and outdoor wave pool and the tennis courts are nearby. A welcome change is the golf park 'Good Düneburg' and the Holiday Centre Dankern for younger guests.
