Year-round attractive, comfortable apartments with good shopping nearby; ideal for a romantic getaway and to relax after the bike tour, the lighthouse climb or walk on the beach; let the sea breeze blow in your face and enjoy the screams of the gulls; 5-10 minute walk to the harbor, the beach, the baker, the supermarket and bicycle rental; 5-10 minute bike ride to the harbor pub, the theater, the cinema, the bathhouse (Thalassotherapy - Center) and the bars and restaurants.

The 'small print':

Dear guests, on the island of Norderney, we can not get around the one or the other scheme. To make your stay in my apartment from the beginning a pleasant and relaxed is, please read my terms and conditions. Thank You!

Terms and conditions for the tenants of the apartment, Gorch Fock-Weg 18, 26548 Norderney

With your commitment and my booking confirmation is binding for both sides lease is closed. If a confirmation for lack of time is no longer possible, it will be replaced by the provision of the apartment.

These 'Terms and Conditions' govern the contractual relationship of the lease agreement between you, the guest, and me, the landlord of the apartment 9, and apply to your booking to be accepted.

. 3 Payment: A deposit of the amount specified must be made within 8 days of booking confirmation. If not, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded. The balance must be paid by bank transfer shortly before arrival. Should the booking be carried out in the short term, the full amount must be paid upon arrival in cash.

. 4 The rent includes: additional costs such as heating, water, electricity etc .. Similarly, the final cleaning and VAT as well as the use of a parking lot in front of the house. There per person is charged a hand and with a towel. For bookings over 1 week two towels and two bath towels. Toilet paper, cotton swabs, tissues and paper towels are provided free of charge and replenished as needed. Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are available at your leisure.

. 5 Cancellation: Cancellations or Cancellation can only be made in writing (or by email at katja. Shimmers cable @ mail. De). Decisive is the day of receipt of the declaration by the owner. You have the option to designate a new tenant entering into the lease on the same terms. The following cancellation fees apply if another rental is not possible: Termination

- Up to 49 days before arrival: 20%

- Up to 35 days before arrival: 50% - up to 21 days before arrival 80% - up to 14 days before arrival 90%

otherwise (less than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rental price.Of course, I'll try the vacant apartment to relet, to keep you free of any cost. That's why my request, please let me as soon as possible.

To avoid the risk of cost, I recommend you to hedge your trip through a travel cancellation insurance.

. 6 Pets: Bringing Pets are not allowed.

. 7 Babies welcome: the apartment is not intended or adapted for children. However, babies and toddlers are welcome to fit in a little bed of 60 x 120 cm. No charge for this is a Hauck travel cot available (no linen). The tenant will be liable for accompanying children.

. 8 Damage to the inventory or the apartment: Each tenant agrees to treat the apartments plus inventory with care. In addition, he is obliged to report during his stay by his fault or the fault of his party or guests damages and replace.

. 9 House Rules: The Tenant, his companion and his visitors agree to abide by the house rules of the community of owners of the house. This is especially true for lunch (13-15 clock) and sleep and for waste separation. The house rules are hanging out in the hallway.

NEW from Oct. 2014: Additional panoramic windows for more views of the sea! The apartment has six skylights east and west, from which you can see in the winter months the sun AND the sunset. This really is a very special experience! As of June, 2013 by the sixth new window: Sea view from the bed of the East (Juist). From Oct. 2014, the seventh window: Sea view from the living room or sitting position (two very comfortable armchairs for Italian lovers and bookworms).

Sehr schöne Fewo, Ruhig und Gemütlich. Meerblick!!

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick
auf die Nordsee ist fantastisch! Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut, der Penny ein Getränkemarkt und der Fahrradverleih sind quasi um die "Ecke".
Wir waren jetzt zum dritten mal in der Unterkunft und kommen immer gerne wieder, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt auch immer reichlich Tipps um die Insel noch besser kennen zu lernen.

Fazit: Mit der Fewo machen Sie nichts falsch und können Ihren Aufenthalt auf der Insel genießen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage!!

Wurden direkt an der Fähre freundlich begrüßt und zur Wohnung begleitet. Alles, was die Wohnung betrifft, wurde sehr genau erklärt und zahlreiche Tipps, was den Aufenthalt auf der Insel anging, haben wir auch bekommen.
Man fühlt sich schon durch die tolle Aussicht sehr wohl. Die schöne Einrichtung und hochwertige Ausstattung tun ihr übriges dazu :)

Top Ferien Apartment!!!!

Wir haben uns seit dem ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt, der Empfang war sehr nett uns wurde alles super erklärt und Hilfreiche Tipp's für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.
Norderney ist immer eine Reise wert und dann sollte man diese Wohnung nehmen, man wacht Blick aufs Meer auf mehr muss man dazu wohl nicht sagen.

Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen wieder :)

Reif für die Insel -ankommen,wohlfühlen,entspannen

Eigentlich trifft es die Beschreibung im Youtube Video auf den Punkt: -ankommen-, -wohlfühlen-, -entspannen-
Es ist immer wieder ein wundervoller, unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns auf der Insel Norderney! Für uns macht es die Kombination aus der tollen Natur, das Meer vor der Türe, aber vorallem auch die Traumdachwohnung, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt! Die Wohnung ist mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet und mit kleinen Details, die die Wohnung so charmant erscheinen lässt. Alles ist in kurzen Gehminuten zu erreichen: Hafen, Weststrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nach langen Strandspaziergängen kann man den Abend romantisch bei Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen, den man schön vom Dachfenster mit Blick aufs Meer verfolgen kann. Vorallem ist für uns im Urlaub wichtig uns wohlzufühlen und neben einer schönen Umgebung sind es auch die Menschen, die einem begegnen, die dazu beitragen. Von Anfang an hatten wir netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin und wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir sind selten so einer strahlenden Persönlichkeit begegnet. Eigentlich habe ich Probleme im Urlaub, in fremder Umgebung mich wohlzufühlen, schlafen zu können. Jedem dem es genauso geht, kann ich diese Wohnung nur ans Herz legen. Das Gefühl passte sofort, (fast) wie ein zweites Zuhause.

Eine schöne Zeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bekamen das Rund-um-sorglos-Paket. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Besitzerin der FeWo ist sehr herzlich und empfang uns mit offenen Armen.

Das Haus ist ca. 5 Minuten vom Fähranleger entfernt und auf dem Weg zum Haus liegt sogar ein Fahrradverleih. Wir haben uns direkt Fahrräder geliehen. Diese könnten wir ohne Probleme hinter dem Haus abschließen. :-)

Bis in die Innenstadt sind es vom Haus aus zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Man hat auch hier einen schönen Spazierweg.
Ein Lebensmittelladen ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Aussicht ist grandios. Man hat einen 360° Blick aus den Fenstern der Wohnung. Wir konnten Sonnen- Auf-und Untergänge genießen.

Wir sind mit allem zufrieden und geben daher 5 Sterne und werden diese FeWo mit Sicherheit noch einmal mieten.
