The stylish 'Villa Waterfront' is furnished totally new in Feb 2011. It lies in a well maintained residential area on the first line of 'Saratoga Lake', with spectacular water view. Upon entering the Villa the guest enjoys a clear view of the water from the pool. The Villa has a living area of approx. 200 m² and offers room for 6 persons. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bath en suite with big corner bath-tub, shower, double wash basins and it has direct access to the pool as well as the water view in patio. Both the guest rooms have a queen-size bed each and 1 attached shower room/toilet each. The big living/dining area is impressive with a spacious and fully equipped open kitchen. A Dolby Surround system with DVD-CD-Player and an I-Pod station as well as Sat-TV make the comforts of the house complete. The solar heated pool is approx. 6m x 4m big and the patio with garden furniture and BBQ is partly roofed. The house has a magnificent location facing south-west.

playground and BBQ-parc, accessible on foot : Accessible on foot is a very nice playground for kids and also a very nice public BBQ-Parc.

The popular 'Sun-Splash-Waterparc' is accessible by car in a few minutes.

Cape Coral is an ideal start point for many outings like trips to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando (Disney World!), Miami, Key West or to Everglades National Park.

Museums (Thomas Edison and Henry Ford in Fort Myers) are just 15 minutes away by car.

Florida offers a huge choice for Golf lovers at prime places, one of them is found in the nearest surrounding.

For those who wish to explore the waterway, it is possible to rent a boat through our property manager.

The 'Sun-Splash-Water Park' is in the vicinity, also in a few-minutes walk a nice playground for kids and a nice public BBQ-place (not audible!).

Plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets are available in the nearby surrounding.

One of the biggest shopping malls is the 'Miromar Outlet' or 'Coconut Poin'.

  • The total rent (plus11% tax) should be fully paid and transferred to us in Germany before arrival or can be paid before arrival by check to our property management in Fort Myers/FL..

    A deposit of 25 % of the rent is payable immediately.
    The balance is transferred 4 weeks before the start of tour.

    A caution deposit of $500 is to be paid to the property manager in cash or through traveler’s check upon arrival and also is the cleaning fee of $140,-.

    Power consumption up to $25 per week is inclusive. A possible additional consumption will be charged on site with $0.12 (kWh).

Our family experience for August/Sept 2011 for this Waterfront Villa was Great! The villa was exceptionally clean and the beds were absolutely incredible.. The pool was great and the view from the lanai was awesome along with great patio furnishings. All 3 of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and they were perfect! The management for the villa were top notch. I cannot say enough good things about them both. The security system was above par & user friendly. The A/C worked perfect..They cleaned the pool and cut the grass while we were and we barely knew it ! They exceeded all of our expectations. It was very close to shopping and restaurants for many conveniences. This villa should be in a gated community, it was out of place for the area but this should not take away from the villas character. It was perfect for us because it was Pet-friendly, No bugs, a great value, excellent management, exceptionally clean, great view, very well furnished and to top it all off the owner Tanja was a pleasure to work with throughout this process. We even arrived a little earlier than expected and they worked with us. If you need a place to stay in Cape Coral this one is highly recommended. Kudos to this Waterfront Villa and its management team ! The Lambe family....
