Very nice, recently renewed, furnished apartment (1 bedroom and 1 living-room) on the third floor of a historical Roman Palazzo of the 19th century located at the Via Merulana. Sleeps up to three adults, about 60 sqm. Bad and kitchen are fully equipped and have both a window. There is plenty of space, many closets. The living-room has a sofa, a table with chairs and some bookshelves. Nice dark wooden floor, high ceiling. Air conditioning. Very quiet because all windows are on the courtyard side and not on the street. The apartment would suit for a longer stay (for tourism, study or business). Young couples with child and/or pets are welcome (sorry, no wheelchair because of the stairs).
Car: not necessary

Apartment located near the Colosseum and Nero's Domus Aurea, in the heart of historical Rome between the Basilicas of Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Laterano, central and very quiet with very good connection to the Main Station (Stazione Termini) and the Air Terminal. Shops, restaurants and many other attractions and amenities within a few minutes walk. No car necessary.
