Our home in Kissimmee, Orlando is a luxury, fully air-conditioned, 4-bedroom/3 bathroom pool villa sleeping 10 comfortably. Remote control ceiling fans in the 2 en-suite bedrooms, family room and Lanai assist with additional climate control on those extra-hot days! The villa, located on an upmarket, safe and secluded gated community, has excellent road connections from Sanford/Orlando International Airports and located 15 minutes from all attractions! WI-FI HI-SPEED BROADBAND AND FREE LOCAL PHONE CALLS (landlines only, NOT to mobiles). An extra sized pool with a typical Floridian 'lanai' (or porch to you and me!) awaits, where you can retreat during those liquid sunshine moments or when the heat just becomes 'too much'. Quiet and secluded, you would not believe only a 5 minute drive brings you to the famous American malls (Walmart etc), eateries and entertainment. Local attractions include lakes, picnic areas and Kissimmee Old Town. Come & have fun !!!

Hints and Tips!: IMPORTANT VISA WAIVER INFORMATION

As from Jan 2009 all travelers entering the USA under the VWP will have to register on line before boarding the plane (3 weeks recommended). It’s therefore recommended that registration is done ASAP after booking the flight. There have already been some delays in the processing so please DO IT NOW . Check the website.

Travelling to the US: If this is your first visit to Orlando and the House of Mouse, it may all seem a bit bewildering! We have been travelling to the Mouse for over 35 years and have gained a wealth of knowledge and good tips. Pick our brains - we can help! Anything from flight information to where to buy your toothbrush! For those of you who have been to Orlando before, there may be something you haven't done yet? If we know about it we will help and if we don't know about it we will help!

As you probably know, a machine readable passport is required for travel to the United States and children must now have their own passport. There has been a lot of press just lately about how unfriendly American Immigration can be. Just be patient and try cracking a smile - they do respond!

Everything Else!: Florida is a sub-tropical climate which can get extremely hot and humid in the summer months. Make sure you figure in lots of breaks between the trips to the theme parks or you will burn out! There is so much to see that it is tempting to 'go for broke' - don't! Travelling to Theme Parks and Attractions should be fun but organised - this can all be looked at before you go and what more fun (not mentioning that it prolongs the excitement of going on holiday!) could there be than sitting down as a couple or a family and working out exactly where you want to go and what you want to do in the comfort of your own home. Trust us, when you finally get there the people who have not done their homework stick out in the crowd!

Our villa is on a small, secluded community on the main community of Remington, Kissimmee, Orlando. Remington has a championship golf course right on your doorstep! The clubhouse and community facilities are top class and there are several Golf-Pro instructors on hand to help you with your swing! Not interested in golf? Close by is the world renowned Highway 192 with all the famous attractions and facilities. Arabian Nights, Pirates Adventures, Air Boat Rides, Horse World, Gatorland.... all within a stones throw! Fancy taking a trip to Miami? the Florida Turnpike is round the corner and Miami just a few hours (250 miles). Shopping malls and eateries including Walmarts, Target, Chilis, I-Hop, thrill rides, Disney, Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove - all there waiting for you! Spacious and bright, these rooms have plenty of cupboard and surface space for all your toiletries. Bathrooms 3 and 4 share a 'Jack and Jill' style bathroom which includes a separate vanity area with large mirrors, washbasin and cupboards. Hollywood style lights run across the top of the mirrors in all bathrooms, making them light, airy and very complimentary (especially for looking at that wonderful tan!). The bath itself has a shower over and there is a toilet in this room as well. Towels, flannels and hair dryers are supplied for all bathrooms.

Great Villa - Great Holiday!

Easter 2008: We had a fantastic holiday - a trip to Miami and then a drive up to Orlando.

Upon arrival the Villa was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed with plenty of space - just as described. The kids loved the "Tigger & Pooh" bedroom and the pool was superb after a long day at Disney!

There was a useful folder with info on the local area provided and being close to the US 192 and the Turnpike, made travelling around really easy; Disney is less than 20 mins away. There are supermarkets, chemists, take-aways, restaurants, diners and the ever popular Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts all close by.

We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa. The owners were very friendly and made the booking process relaxed and simple. Hopefully an experience we will repeat in the near future.

Great Holiday - Villa was Excellent

Villa was perfect for our needs, it had everything we needed for our 2 week stay, just a shame we had to come home.

Would highly recommend this villa to anyone, property was clean and spacious and Tania the owner kept in constant contact before and after our stay.

Villa is situated in a gated community which gives you added security, it is also nice and central for all the attactions and shops.

Overall the Villa made our holiday even better, thanks Tania for letting us stay in your lovely property.

Outstanding Villa

We have just returned from a two week stay at this fantastic villa. We knew from the photos on the website that it was going to be beautiful but they don't do justice to how stunning the villa truly is. All rooms are decorated to a very high standard and equipped with everything you could need - but we didn't find the three cork-screws until after we'd bought one! The villa was very clean and beautifully presented.

The pool was lovely to relax in after a hot day at the parks and the BBQ was excellent, though we only ate at the villa once, as eating out in the USA is so cheap compared to the UK!

It is conveniently located for trips to all Disney and Universal Parks, SeaWorld and Gatorland. It's also only about 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

If we return to Orlando for another holiday we will definitely be booking with Tania again. She is extremely easy to contact and could not have been more helpful.

I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone intending to stay in the Kissimmee area.

Excellent property, you definitely need a car for this villa and change for the tolls, but once you get your bearings it's 20 minutes from Int Drive/Disney.

BBQ not so good and need more sun loungers for a group of 6, but everything else was great, good size rooms, 2 King beds (with en-suites), 1 double and 1 twin (shared bathroom)

Property management company very helpful.

Wonderful time at the villa!

We had wonderful days in the villa! Very comfortable! It was very good to be at "home" after a funny and tiring day at Disney! All rooms are exactly as presented in the pictures: Clean and confortable! The condominium is very quiet: a peaceful place to rest and relax. We all (7) do recommend! Any time we come back to Disney we'd like to stay there again! We thanks a lot Tania Lay for her kind attention!
