Our apartment is on the 1st Stock of romantic house in the Rose Garden at the heart of Alpbach Tegernsee.

The renovated apartment in a listed building Tegernseer you enter via a staircase.

Your cozy, comfortable and well-furnished holiday home has a hall, dining room, bedroom, living room / bedroom, a kitchen with a breakfast room for two, bathroom (tub and shower) and

WC. south-facing balcony directly above the rose garden with many fragrant roses and a large south facing terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers

Its central location means you can leave the car.

By bus and boat to reach many other places of the Tegernsee valley with attractive offers.

Winter season:

The Tegernsee Valley offers 50 miles of cross country ski trails for all levels.

The longest toboggan run in Germany enjoy the nearby Wallenberg

Our ski resorts are about 5 miles away. Additionally, there is near several small lifts and ski schools.
