Luxury apartment for 4+1 persons with swimming pool and barbecue

Brand new heated apartment with air conditioning in the III. Floor (elevator) of an apartment building. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with its own LCD TV) with double beds. The living room with fitted leather sofa set (+1 sleeping accommodation), 127cm LCD TV, HiFi, Blu-ray player, kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood). On the lovely large balcony are eucalyptus garden furniture, electric remote-controlled marquee, sun bed and sun loungers. In the bathroom, toilet, washing machine, dryer. The apartment includes the use of the large swimming pool in the garden with lights and grill area. Parking place in the closed groundfloor for 1 car.
