The apartment is divided as follows: 1 Floor floor: Main entrance / hallway: Input via the Then large living room with adjoining kitchen bedroom and bathroom (toilet / shower). The living room is divided by a wall to the bedroom (no door). An access to the large balcony with sea views can be enjoyed from the living room. The apartment is designed for 2 people and has 55m ² of living space.

The apartment is located only 350m from the beach. The community Kriopigi reach 450m.

To Kalithea is about 5km and about 85km to Thessanloniki.
