Depending on your needs, one or two sunny double rooms are available with views to the Atlantic. The spacious kitchen in Azorean style and the bathroom are located on the top residential floor.

The balcony on the west side there is a magnificent view of the bay with the island's capital, Ponta Delgada.

There is an orchard with banana, orange and lemon and fig trees. In the flower garden after

West you can enjoy the warm evenings Azores.

In approximately 3 km away is the small fishing village of Agua de Pau and the small fishing port of Caloura with rocky beach and sandy beaches nearby with romantic bays.

Shopping for daily needs are here in Agua de Pau, just as restaurants and pizzerias.

On the south coast of the island of Sao Miguel, about 70 m below the regional road, is the former estate.

The 300-year old house has been carefully renovated and has a large living area on the upper part of the house. Depending on your needs, one or two sunny double rooms are available with views to the Atlantic. The house is located on the south side of the center of the island of Sao Miguel and is an ideal base to explore this green island.
