A formal living room & a formal dining room. A large downstairs family room which includes a large colour TV with DVD player, seating and a Double sleeper sofa, X-Box and Play Station 2. Breakfast room & open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, including cooker, hob, large Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker and is equipped for entertaining & is ideal for a Self Catering holiday. A Large downstairs Master suite including, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and a large walk in closet and colour TV, great for a Romantic holiday. Two Communal bathrooms on the landing including, bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit & another en-suit bathroom.

Golf courses are located nearby along with airboat rides (venture out into the swamp lakes and take a look at Florida’s wild life ' gators') horse trail riding, petting farm & centrally located for easy access to Florida’s beaches.
