The 'MAISONETTE' of the VILLA AMARILLA Holiday Let has 5 very spacious bedrooms on 400 sqm!!! and is perfect for big families or groups. It offers space for 2 to 15 persons.

For your comforts the VILLA AMARILLA Main Apartments offers also a huge living room with snooker room, a huge kitchen with dining room, a sauna to master bedroom, a gym and much more!

Children are more than welcome to us!

There a three separat Apartments in the Villa Amarilla. Please ask for availability & rates.

Outside you find a huge mature garden with palm, fruit trees and flowers and a 12x6m swimming pool with waterfall feature into the pool. You can relax in the HOT TUB or on the sun beds which are spread on 120 sqm wooden decking around the swimming pool.

There is also a big pool patio with build-in BBQ and a bar where you can enjoy your days or nights.

The VILLA AMARILLA Holiday Let is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lot of nature around it.

The Villa Amarilla is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the small town of Alsancak, just 8 miles from the picturesque port town of Girne.

The nearest sandy beach is only about 800 m away.

Many restaurants, hotels, beaches are nearby. The nearest supermarket to you is in walking distance.

If required, we will be happy to assisting you with car rental, restaurant recommendations, etc.

If needed, we also arrange airport transfers from LARNACA or ERCAN airports.

Ideal villa for big parties

My bride and I were looking for big house for celebration of our wedding. This villa is one of the hugest in the whole Cyprus. It has a lot of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, so we easily managed to settle all of our guests. There were no discontent at all, because each place was designed to make everybody happy. The home is big and have nice furniture. Every group of people can use their own kitchen, which have everything you need. You can even cook something very complicated. Pool is big and clean, surrounded by flowering plants. Nearby there are jacuzzi and bbq in the bar zone.

Near villa is good Atakara shopping centre, which is well-known place for local drivers. Straight to the left is ok restaraunt. Bad thing is that sometimes (friday, sunday) live music can be annoying and its hard to sleep. Beach is about 20 min walk.

I'd recommend this villa for families, big groups, romantic couples.

Villa Armarilla

The standard of this villa is extremely high. With all of the rooms having fantastic views of either the sea or the wonderful local landscape, and with extremely comfortable beds. The addition of the swimming pool, billiards, sauna, and hot tub make this stay very enjoyable even if you don't leave the premises.

The location is perfect to get into the local town with beaches within 20 minute walk away, and a well stocked supermarket just around the corner. There are also mountain paths located very close and climbing the hills are a useful and enjoyable way to spend a few hours.

The owners are extremely helpful especially with organising transport to and from the airport, and provide fantastic fruit at the beginning of the stay. Communication is quick and easy and are keen to help at any opportunity.

I was a part of an 11 man group and had a fantastic stay, there was more than enough space for all of us and thoroughly enjoyed the whole stay, and would recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again.
