'Beachside Palace Villa' is very well located for a fantastic family holiday, you are very spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful sandy beaches. The villa itself is the height of luxury, located in a fantastic location, sea is literally across the road (minor), and less than 400 yards from a series of sandy beaches stretching along Pernera's coast.

For evenings, there are local restaurants within 5 minutes walk, or it's a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area of Pernera.

We provide a very useful information Guide in the villa (emailed to you once booked) this gives walking and driving directions to the best beaches, restaurants and amenities, these are all marked on a series of hand crafted maps. There are also some great walks along the coastline from the villa, and a family oriented water park in easy driving distance.

Fab Family Holiday!

The directions to the villa were spot on - we arrived late at night and didn't make one wrong turn!
The villa is very practical with pretty much all mod-cons to make for a comfortable stay.
The villa was clean on arrival and was well set up with lovely clean sheets and towels.
The pool at the villa is great - all day sun and is well-maintained.
We found the location of the villa to be excellent - close enough to walk to some beaches, little shop nearby if you needed anything, and a mile or so away from the shops and restaurants of Pernera!
We hired a car and this meant we could go get around really easily - Orphanides supermarket is just 5 mins away, Paralimini about 10 mins, Protaras about 10 mins - There are lots of great beaches and restaurants, but at the villa there is a really good guide with lots of suggestions and tips on the best ones!

I would certainly recommend this to friends and family and would happily return.

We went as a family with our 2 year old daughter and so the villa and all it's facilities were just perfect and there was more than enough room.

All in all a thoroughly enjoyable family holiday!

We also found the correspondence of the owner very prompt and easy to deal with which is also made the whole experience very pleasant.

Great holiday at Beachside Villa

What more could you want from a holiday villa ? Great location near enough to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is well equiped and we wanted for nothing. The pool was brilliant and as it was there it would have been rude not to use it every day.

The villa was clean and well maintained and the owner provided a great local information pack. We tried several of the restaurants recommended and they were all great. A must visit is Loulaudia Restaurant "The Shack" to the locals a real gem.

Would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely use again if holidaying in Cyprus.

Cypress Holiday

We had a wonderful time. Our first time to Cypress. The villa was very nice good directions to villa and area.
You must visit "The Shack" we had a fun night good food.
Thanks to the villa owner everything went smoothly.
We will be back.
The only downside for us was the beds were very hard.

Beachside Palace review

All of my family had a great time at the villa. All the facilities as described on the web site was at the villa and it was clean and tidy on arrival. The pool was lovely and it was cleaned twice a week by Mike, who was good at his job and a font of knowledge on the local area.
We did have a problem with the water pump at the villa but a phone call to Kirsty ( property manager ) and it was dealt with very promptly, with out any fuss. We did have the bedding/towels changed by Kirsty,s staff and this was done with out any inconveniece to ourselves.
I would recommend this property, and already have done so to my family back in U.K.

Thanks for a great time at the villa. The information received before the holiday helped us to arrive well informed on the surrounding area along with great recommendations for beaches and places to eat. The pool was excellent and well needed, the children loved the added bonus of the slide. The villa was well equipped with everything you could need and the air conditioning in each bedroom and the BBQ were nice additions. Villa well located near bus stop so easy access to Protaras/Paralimini and further.
