Our beautiful villa is maintained to the highest standard, our villa enjoys a spacious 2698sq ft of fully air conditioned bright and airy living space. It is totally equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard with your comfort in mind. A new games room with pool table, table foosball, air hockey table, dartboard, basketball game. High Grove offers excellent community facilities which include clubhouse/reception/pool where you will find gym equipment, tea/coffee, a large communal swimming pool with hot spa, sun loungers and patio furniture and a children's play area close by, all of which is available to our guests. Our villa is suitated on one of the prime plots on High Grove and is just a 2 minute walk to the club house.

We highly recommend that you visit our Clubhouse/Reception during you stay. As our guests, you are very welcome to use its facilities as often as you like which includes a Business Centre, Fitness Room with gym equipment, Games Room, Internet access, large TV room with comfortable sofas, pool table, childrens play area,etc. The clubhouse staff are extremely helpful and can offer you lots of advice and information i.e. mini-cab companies, places to visit etc. You can buy theme park tickets from the clubhouse with 24 hours advance notice. The Irish Pub Devenney's which is just a 2 minute walk has nightly entertainment, English food, and Live Premiership matches.

A non refundable deposit of £100-00 per week will secure your booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before your departure. A security deposit of £150 per week is also required and recommended to our guests and will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return, after our villa has been inspected by our management company.
