The Residence Cormoran is well presented and newly renovated. It lies in a magical bay approx. 3 km outside Villasimius, away from the hectic of mass tourism and fronting directly onto the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean with a fantastic sandy beach. The architectural structure of the complex is reminiscent of an amphitheatre and is divided into 5 individual buildings or building groups: a main hotel with restaurant and general facilities, and then groups of villas, bungalows and apartments. The magical and peaceful beach with its white sand is only 100m from the complex and guarantees a perfectly relaxed bathing holiday. Sun loungers and parasols can be used free of charge. In the impressive park with its yucca palms, blossoming oleander bushes and wild ranks of Bougainville lies the sweet water pool (20x6m) with a children’s pool (12x5m) and a sunny, wind-shielded terrace with sun loungers.
