Sleep 6.This modern three-storey town house looks out over the resort marina at the start of Exmouth's two mile long sandy beach and is also close to the town centre.The ground floor has a modern kitchen diner with French windows leading on to a patio alongside the marina. The kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher and fridge freezer. Alongside the entrance lobby is a downstairs toilet and an office. The first floor has bright spacious lounge with views over the marina. A double bedroom with two single beds and a shower room. On the second floor the master bedroom  has a balcony looking out towards the beach of Dawlish Warren. There is a double bed with en-suit bath/shower room. A second double bedroom with en-suite is also on this floor.The kitchen door leads to a patio furnished with table and chairs.There is a drive that will accommodate two cars.
