Notes

  • The rental price is including final cleaning (85-euro). Upon request, bed linen and towels are provided. These are a set with 10, - Euro per person asked in accounting. 6, - Euro for bedding and 4 Euro for towels (can be booked separately if desired).
    The tourist tax for adults during the peak season from 01 05th to 30 09th 2, - Euro per person per night in low season from 01 10th to 30 04th 1.30 euros per person per night. Children and teenagers are free.
    The rental price includes the VAT, electricity, water, sewage, heating, garbage collection, 2 parking spaces, sauna, washing machine and dryer.
    No deposit
    Damages will be charged.
    A travel insurance is advisable.
    Upon completion of the lease 20% of the total cost will be charged, the rest 3 weeks before arrival.

    Magic island for two weeks:
    In the Winter Magic Weeks, we offer double occupancy at a value price. The rental fee is reduced by 10% and the bed linen is included.

    If you want another holiday period, as the default duration from Saturday to Saturday, Please do not hesitate to contact us link. Especially in the times out of season and school holidays is almost always a possibility that we can adapt to your needs.

The single bed in the family room can be fitted on request with out protection grid. Stair gate available.
