Detached bungalow - 2 bedrooms - 4 people - 1 bathroom

Tastefully furnished bungalow with garden in a quiet residential street. From a large covered veranda, furnished with rattan armchairs and glass table has a great view of the colorful desert garden. The garden is protected by a wall and created with cacti, bushes and oleanders. The cozy living room invites with leather seats and a large flat screen TV (satellite program) to relax. Adjacent is the dining room, elegantly furnished with a round table, 4 chairs, display cabinet and sideboard. In the fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast room with small table and two bars nettles. The floors in kitchen, bathroom and dining room are lined with ceramic tile, living room with laminate flooring and a covered porch with carpeting. All living rooms include ceiling fans.

Sun City is the largest and most successful residential community for active seniors 55 + in the United States. It is located in Arizona, the Valley of the Sun (Valley of the Sun) and is a suburb of Phoenix. Because of its central location, lots of interesting sightseeing by car possible: Las Vegas is about 6 hours away, the Grand Canyon is about 4 hours, the historic town of Wickenburg to reach in 30 minutes of Scottsdale and Old Town with its many small shops and restaurants in about 30 minutes Other places - such as a ghost town, an ancient Indian settlement in the crevices, the fabulous Roosevelt Dam, and more are fantastic places to visit. Approximately 5 minutes away from the house offer mix of shopping, such as Walmart, Home Depot, various shopping centers.
