Our 2010/11 renewed, in florida- and caribbean- style new furnished Turtlehouse is located in a peaceful residential area on a canal in northeast Cape Coral. The large, sunny pool area is partially covered and completely has a screen. With a view of the canal, you can enjoy the sun from early to late and have romantic BBQs with colourful sunsets. In the solar and electric heated pool, fresh rebuilt in march 2011, swimming fun is guaranteed; of course, there is a new ramp going into the water for those in wheelchairs. The house has new, isolating stormwindows and in addition to the a/c, all 3 bedrooms and the living/kitchen areas have fans that can be controlled by remote individually. In all rooms you will find wood floors and in the kitchen area and the two bathrooms there are tiles. W-lan is free. You can open the double garage with a remote and have direct access to the living room.

Notes: Per bed two sets of bedsheets and a warm blanket, plus two pillows per person, kitchen towels, towels, dishrags available. For longer stays, you can wash everything in the washing machine and dry it in the drier. The kitchen is equipped with nice dishes, utensils, kitchen knives, glasses, wine glasses, wok, pots, pans and a lot of utensils. For the beach, there are two folding chairs, two beach chairs and two sun umbrellas. For the freezer, there are batteries.
