Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• These prices are for 4 people. Each additional person costs € 20, - per week. Security Deposit (deposit) is dependent on duration and number of people. This will be agreed in the lease and is payable directly on site to the Administrator in BAR. Power consumption is directly based on actual usage (kwH costs € 0.50) with the manager billed water consumption is charged with 8 Turkish lira (per week), Read at your arrival and departure with the administrator and must be paid locally in cash. Furthermore, a one-time cleaning fee of € 60, - to be paid locally in cash on departure, in pets is the final cleaning € 80, -. The pool is benützbar June to September. It is not in my discretion when the community manager enters the pool. Long term rentals are considered from 3 months in total. For long term hire rates and special arrangements are possible!
