coming from an everyday life where all that matters is efficiency and perfectness, we were looking for a hide-out, some place where we could sink into nature and the everyday life of other people. Like the other visitors below we were also offered another apartment a few stairs down in the other house.
It absolutely matched our expectations and ideas. It was exactly what we were looking for. And the fact that it was not the most modern interior design and not an entirely renewed sanitary installation was not at all disturbing, because it was compensated by a convincing price, a kind sorrounding and a beautiful view and environment to absorb.
In a self-catering apartment, all I look for is a functioning kitchen, a comfortable bed, a balcony and the rest comes with the action planned for every day - and the region certainly has enough to offer.
