It is one of the best districts of Nice, the apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator) and you can enjoy the southern location. An ideal starting point for discovering Nice and the French Riviera with all

of its beauty and museums!

American kitchen, pull out sofa (12). Washing machine, a/c, heat, blinds and drapes. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet.

In the Rue de France you will everything that you need! On the promenade you can rent the city bicycles and discover the beauty of the bay. A few minutes to the flower market, old city, harbour...

Very good bus connections, it is just a 10 minute walk to the train station.

You can also book guided tours of the city and the back country (by car) with me and profit from my years

of experience!

Wonderful Apartment

My brother and I stayed here for 3 days in April 2013. It was wonderful. One block away from the sea, and on one of the best streets in Nice. You are only about a ten minute walk to the heart of old Nice, and you are steps away from the seaside boulevard, Avenue de Angalis.

Very nice apartment, perfect for 2 people. Very clean and neat, there is an elevator in the building. The ower was great, very freindly and professional.

I would certainly stay here again in the future.

What an amazing apartment and Elyane is such an amazing hostess who contacted us many times with information before we arrived for our holiday and answered any questions we had.
Everything is as you see in the photo's, its is very clean and cosey with everything you would need staying away from home and the balcony is a suntrap. The local supermarket is just round the corner and is not expensive.
We would and already have recommended the apartment to our friends and family as we know they would enjoy a holiday here
We went to the Old Town which is very lively and only a stroll along the road on the flat.
Many different types of place to eat with so many different cultures to choose from.
We took a bus ride on the 200 to Cannes which was only 1 Euro each way we also caught the train to Tende which if you buy a rail ticket called Isabella only costs 14 Euro's each person for the day, you can use all day hopping on and off the train but can be used to go anywhere. The Isabella ticket is only available from 1st June to 30th September and can be purchased at the train station which is a 10 minute walk.
I would highly recommend staying in Nizza and will definately be returning here on my next visit.

Small but perfectly formed

We stayed in Elyane's lovely apartment 10-14th March. She was a charming and helpful host.The wet and windy weekend did not spoil our enjoyment. The appartment is as nice as the photos, stylishly decorated and well equipped. It was perfect and plenty big enough for 2 but would be a bit cosy for 3.
We liked the area with the beach so close and Musee Massena 100 yds down the street. The charming old fashioned lift made light of the 5 floors. We had nice views of the roof tops and saw the end of carnival fireworks.Then balcony is a sun-trap .
There are nearby tiny food shops-expensive so worth walking 3 roads up for better ones.We liked the 5-10 minute level walk into the old town.
We had easy access to buses at the sea front ( bus 98 - 4 euro to and from airport ) and near the old town- 1 euro each way to Menton (wonderful views from bus 100 ) and less pretty but also 1 euro to Antibes- Nice city centre 10 journey ticket does not cover these.
We are planning a return trip as soon as possible !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
