A formal living room & a formal dining room. A large downstairs family room which includes a large colour TV with DVD player, seating and a Double sleeper sofa, X-Box and Play Station 2. Breakfast room & open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, including cooker, hob, large Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender and is equipped for entertaining & is ideal for a Self Catering holiday. A Large downstairs Master suite including, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, double vanity unit and a large walk in closet and colour TV, great for a Romantic holiday. Golf courses are located nearby along with airboat rides (venture out into the swamp lakes and take a look at Florida’s wild life ' gators') horse trail riding, petting farm & centrally located for easy access to Florida’s beaches.

  • We take a £150.00 per week security deposit for each booking, this security deposit is returned to you upon clarification from our property managers that our homes have been left in good order after your departure. The security deposit can then be returned to you.
  • Our pool heat is charged at £14.00 per day. If your booking is less than 7 days a cleaning charge will be applied to your booking, this charge is £60.00.
