Our villa occupies a plot with a canal running to the rear garden and is set in a quiet rural location. The solar heated pool and deck face the south west. Both the Great Room and Master suite open directly to the pool which is equipped with loungers, chairs and table and a gas BBQ. The villa is fully furnished to the highest level of convenience and comfort.Bathroom to master-suite, second bathroom to bedrooms two and three and pool bath and outside shower.

There many large supermarkets in the locality and numerous restaurants of all type within ten minutes drive from our villa. Nearby Port Charlotte boasts many major stores and the largest mall in the area. Factory outlets at Sarasota and Fort Myers are one hour's drive. Tampa/Busch Gardens are a ninety minutes drive. Orlando attractions two hours fifteen minutes drive. Close by is a Walmart Super store which is open 24 hours and this is only an 8 minute drive from the villa. Miles of beaches are only 15 minutes away.

Chill out and enjoy yourself !!: To ensure your stay is trouble free our home is managed by an English couple living close by, who will be able to resolve any problems that may arise or any queries that you may have.
