Large living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom, 1 loft

Our spacious, modern, family friendly apartment with 78 m² is located in the 3rd Floor of a centrally-located hotel in Oberammergau. In just a few minutes walk to the center with the Passion Play Theatre. At the same time, you are immediately immersed in nature. Approx. 20 m away from the house running and hiking and biking trails in the winter cross-country ski trails at the small river Ammer. The piston cable car / ski lifts are about 500m away. Shops, restaurants, ski and sports equipment rental is available nearby. The house itself is an Indian restaurant. The last renovation was made for our guests in 2009.

Enjoy unforgettable holiday in the Bavarian Alps. Directly at the house you will find walking trails on the banks of the Ammer and numerous restaurants serving Bavarian food. Wonderful hiking and mountain tours - with or without lift assistance - waiting for you. Cyclists, water sports and paragliding are also on their costs. Or are you interested in culture? Ettal Monastery, Linderhof, Neuschwanstein Castle, the Sanctuary of Wies (World Heritage) are waiting for your visit. For active family day in the winter you will find ski lifts in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A large selection of ski trails as well as the King Ludwig rein to your long-term heart beat faster. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Zugspitze with a visit are the real highlight of your holiday.
