This modern apartment is located in a newly built apartment house(in the 1st floor with elevator) near the beach and in the green belt of gold beach of the city. The center(downtown) can be reached in about 200m, shops and restaurants 80m. The apartment would be ideal for a self catering holiday making. It is equipped with two bedrooms, each with queen bed and one with LCD TV, bathroom / wc, living room with large LCD TV, sofa bed for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, ceramic hob, etc.), dining area and balcony furniture. Parking place in the closed groundfloor for 1 car free.
