This luxury detached three bedroom villa is situated in the sought after area of La Sabatera in Moraira, just 1.5 km away from the sea and nearest golf course. Outside of the is an inviting Private Pool with roman steps, landscaped gardens, extensive sun terraces and off road parking. All the inside accommodation is on the same level with a spacious lounge and dining area leading into a well-equipped American kitchen.The three luxuriously fitted bedrooms (one a double, the two are twins). The villa is close to the Solpark tennis complex and is only 1.5 km away from the fishing village of Moraira.

Lovely Villa in a Good Location

We had a fantastic time, it is a lovely villa in a good location and was everything we wanted.

We really like Moraira as its the second time in 2 years we have been and we may end up getting a place of our own there one day. I suspect we will visit again and would love to stay at the villa again if its available.
