Great for Family Reunion

We came to Florida for my Dad's 80th Birthday in March, since he lives in Florida, and we all live in PA, we rented a home big enough for all of us. The house is amazing with plenty to do for all the age groups gathered. The house is set up that everyone really has their own space, and there is plenty of communal space for when everyone is together.The pool table & hot tub were great, as well as the two large screen TV's and exercise room, which was used by multiple people every day. We only stayed the weekend, but wish we could have stayed the week. The bikes were really nice too, but wish there was more then just two, since the house holds 12. We did not use the canoe, since it is kept in the garage, and moving it out & back each time it is used appeared more difficult since there is no boat ramp at the home. However, if I stayed the week, I would have definetly taken it out. Very Clean home, good selection of kitchen supplies & linens and bathroom space. Couches extremely comfortable, and plenty of space to have a catered event. Close to Fort Myers Beaches, shopping and dining. Overall great experience, would stay again if back in area with large group again. Thank you BMI Homes & SeaBreeze Owners.

Owner's Response: I am very glad, that you enjoyed the time. Next time when I will be there, I will buy two more bikes, that will be easier for a bigger group. The building of the boat dock with a 10K lift is starting this week and will be finished April 1st 2011, then it will be very easy for our next guests to get the canoe into the water.
