Rented the apartment Feb 18th-25th 2011 - I agree with the previous reviewer i.e. the apartment is excellent. Very spacious living area, vaulted ceilings etc. with great views, large master bedroom with spacious en-suite (large corner bath, twin sinks etc), spacious kitchen/dining room. Very well equipped (not many places have a decent set of kitchen knives!), tastefully furnished, clean & plenty of fresh towels. Very secure - on the top floor of the block - but there's a lift as well as stairs! Also - there's secure parking in the underground garage.
Less than a 10 min walk to the Voilettes Cable Car - which accesses the whole ski area. Keep your ski kit in lockers at the cable car station - they're heated so your boots stay warm & dry. (Alternatively, you can pick up a free ski-bus less than 50m from the apartment).
We are a family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) & I usually look for somewhere with 3 bedrooms and a minimum overall floor space of 80 square meters - this apartment has 150 square metres and it feels spacious, especially in the main living area & master bedroom.
(NB: very good boulangerie/pattisserie less than 5 mins walk away)
