The Canarian winery Hacienda La Palma consists of a 200 year old main house El Refugio which has been stylishly and tastefully complemented by the Panorama Suite El Mirador. The two separate buildings have been authentically in the structures built up over decades of over 30 000m ² large vineyard. Separate entrances, private terraces and cozy corners to sit in the lush sub-tropical gardens with numerous fruit and almond trees also provide simultaneous occupancy of the dwelling units total peace and privacy.

We manage our vineyard along biological lines in cooperation with the successful winemaker Don Angel who with his outstanding red wines, has already won several international awards and prizes. In 2011 we bottled 300 bottles complete with hand-picked grapes Listán Prieto exclusively for our guests. Harvesting & Enjoy:
The vineyard grows and blooms almost all year. Impressed during mid-January to mid-February the almond blossom time, in March, followed by the fruit trees are blossoming in April / May, the first fruits begin to ripen. It grow apricots, figs, lemons, peaches, plums, apples, pears, strawberries, and of course, the sugar-sweet grapes. Up into November, you can use our abundant fruit trees. From November to December, the chestnuts (chestnuts) are waiting to be picked by you.

The Canarian winery Hacienda La Palma is located on the sunny west side of the island in a unique absolutely alone and rest position above Punta Gorda. Highly recommended, for example, on the weekend is the descent to Punta Gorda. Good hiking trails lead us through the centuries-old pine forests and almond groves down to Mercadillo. This farmer's market with fresh local produce such as mangoes, papayas, avocados, honey, whole wheat bread, vegetables, etc. is the weekly meeting place for the island community in the Northwest.
In 20min. from Hacienda we reach the small town of Las Tricias. Here is the starting point to the oldest hiking trail on the island. This takes us through to the dragon tree groves Guanchenhöhlen of Buracas. Along the way we can, for example, in the café Aloe find a snack.
The archaeological center at La Zarza tour through the laurel forest, we reach from Hacienda in about 15 minutes from here, you will also start to impressive walk through the mystical and the Barranco Barranco Magdalena Fagundo.
In about 30-40 minutes to the main observatory in the northern hemisphere and to the 2nd Roque de los Muchachos 426m high. From here, start the summit ridge and routes such as the hike to the Pico de las Nieves.
