The Olive Tree Villas are2 detached and 2 semi-detached brand new villas set in 1,500sq m of olive grove and gardens, in the beautiful coastal village of Kypseli. With their own large swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, the beach is only 300m away and 4 tavernas are all within walking distance, they offer the very best of everything. All the properties are fully air-conditioned, have integral fly-netting throughout and are equipped, decorated and maintained to the very highest standards. Villas Jasmine and Mimosa sleep up to 4 people each, whilst Villas Hibiscus and Oleander have large sofa-beds in the lounge, allowing them to sleep up to 6 people each. Each villa enjoys its own individual style, and stunning views of this beautiful location. Every villa has furnished verandas, balconies and a barbeque/patio area, completing the luxury and comfort of these impressive accommodations, which will be completed by April 30th 2007 and ready for occupation from May 8th 2007.

Villa Hibiscus is the sister villa to Oleander, and is a self-contained semi-detached 2 floor villa sleeping a max. of 6. The ground floor consists of a large open-plan kitchen/diner, lounge and downstairs bathroom, with corner shower enclosure, hair-dryer,wash-hand basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing-board, kettle, toaster, full set of crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6, and a full range of cooking utensils. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a large double sofa-bed which sleeps 2. There is a flat screen satellite TV, DVD,and hi-fi system. Doors lead from the lounge onto a furnished patio overlooking the pool. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, shower,hair-dryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. Both the bedrooms have doors that lead out onto a furnished balcony overlooking the pool.

The gentle pace of life in Kypseli lends itself beautifully to simple, relaxed tourism. The predominently agricultural countryside spreads right down to the sea & tourist accommodation is sprinkled between olive & citrus groves, vineyards & farm gardens. The villas are ideally situated to enjoy all the simple pleasures that Kypseli has to offer. The beach is a 3min stroll away down a quiet, narrow road. It is mainly pebble, with some sandy parts & remains peacefully unspoilt. The sea is clean and clear & great for snorkelling. 2 of the best fish tavernas on the island can be found at the water's edge here. The local, well-stocked supermarket is 300m away at the crossroads, as is the nearest taverna. Nightlife is traditional and simple, informal & impromptu, but there's plenty of choice. There are 2 excellent fish tavernas, 2 restaurants, a beach-side garden bar and 2 grill-houses. The more touristic resorts of Tsilivi (4km) and Alykes (7km) offer more lively and varied nightlife.

Up to 4 persons staying in either of these two villas during June or September receive a 15% discount (i.e. 1,040 euros per villa, per week).

accoglienza calorosa da parte della prorpietaria, relax assoluto in un luogo tranquillo, quasi da favola, l'ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza che sposi relax e divertimento. la villetta offre tutti i comfort desiderabili, ed è localizzata a pochi passi dal mare ed a pochi km da tutti i centri di maggiore attrattiva: 2 km da tslivi, circa 10 km da zacinto, circa 20 da laganas dove si possono trascorrere serate all'insegna del divertimento.a pochi km anche da spiagge bellissime che è possibile visitare in auto, se poi non c'è voglia di spostarsi , il bordo piscina può essere una valida alternativa dove prendre il sole nella pace più assoluta. dico solo che il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente ed alla portata di tutti, provare per credere!

Wir genossen zwei herrliche Wochen im Haus Hibiscus. Die Villa ist bestens ausgetattet und bietet sehr hohen Comfort. Die Lage mitten in den Olivenhain ist herrlich und die Ruhe erholsam. Zu Fuss kann man in wenigen Minuten das wichtigste im Dorfkern besorgen. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und grosszügig. Diana und Olympia geben immer das beste und sind am Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr interessiert. Kehren wir zurück nach Zakynthos würden wir nur in den Olive trees wohnen. Oder kehren wir nur nach Zakynthos zurück weil es bei Diana soooo herrlich ist?
