Having 2 levels it stands on its own grounds with driveway, sun terrace and fabulous swimming pool with lights. The ground level leads into the spacious and tastefully furnished lounge/dining room with 3 comfortable settees and glass dining table with 6 place settings. The spacious fitted kitchen which leads off to the sun terrace and pool is more than well equipped. This level also accommodates the 1st twin bedroom and family shower room. The master bedroom with private sun terrace and views of the Med and the 2nd twin bedroom are on the upper level, as is the family bathroom. The fabulous sun terrace and swimming pool has 6 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs so that you may relax and sunbathe. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is a fabulous bbq. Air conditioning and a digital TV/radio system has been installed for your comfort and entertainment.

Located in Torrezenia and easily accessible to La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig the 3 most popular resorts in the Orihuela Costa. Local facilities including a large supermarket, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walking distance. A short drive will take you to Cabo Roig (locally known as The Strip) providing a vibrant nightlife with an abundance of bars and restaurants. For those sun worshippers there are numerous blue flag awarded beaches is a mere 5 minute drive. If golf is your passion on your doorstep are the superb courses of Las Ramblas which is 'one of the most challenging and not for the faint hearted' and Campoamor with its beautiful clubhouse and stunning views. The coastal town of Torrevieja, which is only a 15 minutes drive, is an old fishing town but has grown significantly in recent years, and has now become a first-class tourist location with market stalls, beautiful beaches, squares, walks, parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We also offer long term rent from October to the end of April. Please ask for rates. References will be required.
  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 15% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in sterling. Confirmation of booking and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 150 pounds sterling this has to be sent with final payment and will be refunded after after the property has been cleaned and checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 75 euros to pay on your arrival.
  • Support Service:
    We offer airport pickups at competative rates.
    We can suggest a small family car hire firm who have always been great. Never let me down.
    You will be met on arrival at the villa and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel.
    If you require extra/mid stay cleaning, please arrange on arrival.

Notes: *The pool can be heated during the middle of April to end of May and from Mid September to end of October at an extra charge. For your comfort air conditioning is installed in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms For your entertainment and amusement there ere are DVDs, Cds, board games and reading books. iPod speakers for guests use (electric and AA battery x 2) A second fridge is provided for chilling wine, beers, soft drinks. There are great facilities outdoors for sunbathing, relaxing and dining and the swimming pool has both Roman steps and lights. Beach towels are available for use. There is a wonderful sun terrace outside the master bedroom with veiws down to the Med. It is lovely for drinks in the evening watching the sun going down. No smoking inside the villa please, but careful smoking outside is allowed. This is a quiet, residential area.

Pool: *This villa has a wonderful pool heater that makes all the difference during the slightly cooler months. It can be heated from Mid April until End May and then from Mid September to End October. There is an extra charge - POA . The pool is in full sun all day up until around 20.00 in high summer.

Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are a short drive to Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and La Zenia. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service:: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. Airlines: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.

Golf: Almost on your doorstep are three superb golf courses and these are Las Ramlas 'not for the faint hearted and one of the most challenging' and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. A little further is the championship course at Villamartin. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course and will need to provide a handicap certificate.

Other Activities: bowling, go-karts, football, cricket, 10-pin bowling, casino, cinema.

My family and i spent a week at this villa and i dont think Linda could do any more to make it any better it was excellent it had every thing you would want from a relaxing holiday.The neighbours Jan and Sandra were very friendly and were there if you needed them.

just to say thankyou to linda and family for the rental of villa christina.we stayed for 2 wks and had a fantastic time.linda made everything so easy with booking and helping with airport taxis etc.sandra and jan were also very helpfull and there if we needed them for anything. the children loved the pool and inflatables .they are 11 and 15.the villa has everything needed to make your stay enjoyable airconditioning was a must and the tv great.villa lovely and clean..the area is lovely and we can recomend bells bar and alfies and mike the taxi driver who without we would have been lost. would recommend to all friends and family.thankyou again linda. andrew jayne sally gordan megz and con

We can only reiterate the two previous reviews.

We had a fantastic 10 days at Linda's beautiful villa. It is certainly extremely well-equipped and my 2 grandsons (aged 1 and 10) really appreciated the various pool toys.

We, too, can recommend Don Mariana's Restaurant next to Aldi. We dined there twice and their Duck Confit is superb.

We would like to thank Jan and Sandra for being so accommodating.

Our ages range from just 1 year to 68 years. We would certainly recommend the villa to friends and other family members.

A fantastic family holiday villa

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at Villa Cristina. Everything we needed was there and having your own private pool is great when you have young children - even with a nearby pool you always forget something and pool towels were provided. There's a small complex nearby with a good selection of bars and restaurants - the spanish one is very good and you can also buy meat and bread etc from them. The people at the Bell's bar (scottish bar) were friendly and you could get a decent cooked breakfast if you wanted one. Alfie's bar always has something going on and really catered for the kids. Jan (who lives next door and along with Sandra look after the villas) is the resident DJ at Alfie's. If you want to go to Cabo Roig, La Zenia etc it's only around 5 or 6 euros in a taxi. We made use of the barbeque a few times when we didn't feel like going out in the evening. Great idea to have a drinks fridge as well as a fridge for food. Our ages ranged from 14 months to mid 50's and everyone enjoyed it. The air con was a godsend as we were there at the hottest time. We will definately use the villa again if returning to this area and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Linda for being so helpful when we enquired and to Jan and Sandra for ensuring that the place was clean and everything we required was provided.

fantastic villa

We have just returned from our holiday at this villa and I must say looking at the photo I want to be there again. The villa was fantastic everything you could ask for was there and the neighbours (who live there all year) were fantastic. The villa was well worth the money,we loved the 2 fridges in the kitchen 1 for food 1 for drinks and the bbq was well used. It was also good as your were about 7 mins from a little commercial centre which was good, if its a relaxing holiday with a few nights out your looking for then this is the villa for you it has everything you need.
Fantastic property will defo use again.
