This 2 bed self-catering apartment has been tastefully refurbished and is set in an elevated position, commanding spectacular, uninterrupted views of the harbour area, mountains and across to Fuerteventura, on a well maintained and ideally situated complex of about 40 apartments, with heated swimming pool, a sun bathing terrace and a pool bar offering free WiFi, from where you can enjoy the stunning views whilst partaking of refreshments and light meals. The Reception from where guests can book car hire and excursions, access the Internet and rent safety deposit boxes, has multi-lingual staff.
The apartment has a large, comfortable, lounge leading onto a south facing, exceptionally spacious sunny terrace and is equipped with drinks fridge, digital TV, DVD, and CD player. The master bedroom has a double bed and TV/DVD
The kitchen is very well equipped, also the bathroom has been stylishly refurbished. The apartment is enhanced by an attractive, tropical internal garden.
Golf Information: A brand new 18 hole golf course has opened in nearby Tias - a five minute taxi ride away.
Golf is also available in Teguise - approximatey a 15 minute drive.
Airport Transfer: The apartments are only a 10 minute drive/taxi ride from the airport. The cost of a taxi is approximately 15 euros (depending on number of people). Directions in both English and Spanish and a map will be given with booking information.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for your holiday.
It is very well maintained and has a fantastic view over the sea and old town harbour. We were even able to park our car right outside our front door!
We had a lovely holiday here and wish we'd stayed for longer than 7 nights. Everything is within walking distance. There is a little supermarket just across the road plus a pharmacy and restaurants within a stones throw from the front door.
Most mornings we would exit the bottom gate and go across the road for breakfast at one of the restaurants next to Spar supermarket. Great food with a lovely view plus the kids loved feeding the fish in the pond downstairs.
There is a lovely pool in the complex with a small bar/eating area. Service is fantastic and food is great too. Very friendly atmosphere.
Our friends live here and own Safari Divers on Playa Chica beach so we did plenty of diving/snorkelling and the Old Town is only a 15/20 minute walk away which makes for a lovely stroll in the evening. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore the island. We have 2 children so did plenty of exploring. My daughter especially loved Rancho Texas which is 5 minutes drive away (you can also get a bus there) and wanted to go back again and again!
All in all, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would love to come back again and stay in Jan's apartment.
Beautiful apartment on a quiet complex, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Good size rooms for a family, lovey views from the balcony, children loved the swimming pool. Great restaurant across the road definitely recommend La Bamba. Everyone very nice and helpful. will go back again.

The apartment is very well maintain, spotless and has a terrific view over the sea and old town harbour.
We loved our holiday here, we wanted a quiet, romantic holiday staying in a lovely complex with friendly people and great apartment and that is exactly what we got.
We dont drive on holiday and everything you need is within walking distance, 2 mins down steps is a great supermarket that offers eveything you need if you want to stay in. 5 - 15 mins are great restaurants.
And if you do like the beach it is about 30 mins walk away, although we just stayed round the pool as the service from Denis and Michelle was great and reasonably priced with great breakfasts and lunchtime snacks.
You stroll down to the old harbour at night but be prepared for a treck uphill when you return home.
All in all this was the perfect holiday for us.
We had a wonderful stay at B4 apartment. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and the view from the balcony and sitting room was amazing. The complex is quiet with a lovely pool and the snack bar by the pool was really good with very friendly English owners. I would certainly recommend staying here. The only negative thing was that we had to leave and go home back to work I could have stayed there for a lot longer it was so good. Thank you to the owners for a memorable stay.
I went to Lanzarote with my husband and 2 boys aged 5 and 7. We stayed for 10 days, and wished we had so much longer. We were lucky enough to get in contact with Jan and book her apartment - we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. We couldn't believe how spacious the apartment was and so well maintained - really comfortable. The view from the balacony is picture perfect and the pool was fantastic for the kids (as the bar was great for us!!) Perfectly situated, just a few minutes walk from the harbour, but the places to go within a minutes walk are great too. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to go to Puerto Del Carman - we cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much Jan!
Just arrived back from this fabulous apartment. The accommodation was beyond our expectations. Very spacious which was fantastic for my husband and I and our 9 and 11year old children. The outside space was such a bonus with fantastic views and a real sun trap. Pool area great with a very good snack bar, Bernie and his staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend nearby restaurant La Bamba superb food. Owner Jan a pleasure to deal with, what an organised women. Will definitely be back
The prestigious complex of Lago Verde is ideally situated. Although being restful, it is only a five minute walk from the Old Town's picturesque little fishing port, which is home to an abundance of superb fish restaurants and bars; in the evenings you can watch the locals taking part in a game of boules. There are also several restaurants and shops just a couple of minutes away.
The nearest sandy beach is a leisurely ten minute walk and the lively, main resort of Puerto del Carmen which offers 5km of golden sandy beaches, much shopping, a wide variety of places to eat and drink, night clubs and casino, is a further five minutes.
For golfers there is an 18 hole course at nearby Tias, just a five minute taxi ride.
Whether you are looking for relaxation or activity and sightseeing, this well appointed apartment provides the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful island, enjoy the year-round sunshine and take in the spectacular views.
