Three bedrooms, one bath upstairs on main living level; one bedroom, one bath downstairs with comfy rec room with sofa, TV, pingpong table, games. Please note that the downstairs is accessed only through a private exterior entrance. Fireplace in upstairs living room. Hot tub on side deck. High-speed Internet access. Unlimited telephone calls in 707 area code. Inner tubes. Note: This house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with no tolerance for late night noise. Dog okay. Keyless entry. Location : Forestville, California 95436. One week minimum in July and August.
