On Ocean Front Walk in North Mission Beach walking distance close to all the great restaurants this west sunset facing house / duplex is located directly on the boardwalk, north of Belmont Park and roller coaster and within walking distance of Grand and Garnet in Pacific Beach. Visitors will enjoy Mission Beach and Pacific Beach restaurants, bars, boutiques tourist attractions, beach and bay all within walking distance.

The house features a beach theme throughout, from the hardwood floors to the brightly decorated bedrooms. Each room has recently been redecorated with bright new bedding and wall art. The master bedroom features a new delux king bed with large windows overlooking the beach, private 5 star bathroom, walk in closet dresser The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, and closet. The third bedroom has a queen plus bunk beds for two more.

The living room with large windows facing the surf a new couch and a FLAT SCREEN WITH DIRECT TV. All the standard appliances can be found in the kitchen, and a BBQ out on the deck. Tandem park spot included on property PLUS EXTRA PARKING IF NEEDED. Pets OK.
