The Villa is located in the hills overlooking the sea from Torre Soli Nou. The nearby Son Boubeach is approx. 20min walk, 5 min drive and has beautiful white sand and watersports rental facilities. The quaint village of Alayor boasts many lovely traditional Catalan and Spanish restaurants and shops. The village and surrounding area are very family friendly and children are made very welcome.

We have stayed in this fantastic family villa four times and every year it lives up to all our expectations. Last year we stayed there for 3 weeks which was a real treat!
It offers spacious accommodation with a large pool and views to rival all others.

All the rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean.

The kitchen offers every appliance and cooking utensil you could need for a luxury self catering holiday.

Our 3 sons aged 17, 16 and 13 have all grown up enjoying an annual holiday to Menorca. Over the years we have stayed in a number of different resorts, but Son Bou is by far our favourite. It is perfect for families with a beautiful long beach and several beach bars. There are also plenty of good restaurants all within walking distance of the villa.

There's so much to see and experience on the island that we strongly recommend hiring a car. Fornells, Es Castell, Alaior, Mahon to name just a few of the much loved places we visit each year.

Our thanks to Sue for another wonderful holiday at her villa......and yes we are booked again for 2013!

Fantastic villa, Perfect family fun, Very Relaxing

We spent a fantastic holiday at the villa. My family & I (myself, my husband, 16, 5 & 2 year old daughters) found the location very convenient. The private pool a huge success and the villa itself very well equipped.

Life around the pool was very relaxing with ease of looking over the pool while lunch was prepared really convenient. There is plenty of space to sunbath around the pool while the children could play in the pool or on the shaded terrace.

The kitchen was very well equipped making preparing lunch & dinner stress free, quick and easy. The outside BBQ was really great too.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely, comfortable and beautifully clean.

We found plenty of great restaurants In the local vicinity and beach bars (5 mins drive) really pleasant. The beach is very nice too. We went on a day trip to Cuidelia which is highly recommended and to the Port in Mahon which is very nice.

We would definitely return to the villa, a car is recommended to see this beautiful island.

Thank you to Sue for all your helpful advice, it made our holiday & preparations run very smoothly.
