The house has panoramic views across the mountains, village, church & the Mediterranean Sea. It has the uniqueness of being one of the few houses in the village to have a private swimming pool. The property has been finished to a very high standard in the traditional Mallorquin style with high ceilings, wooden beams, white walls & traditional fireplace with terracotta floors throughout, it features a large sitting room with doors leading on to a shaded outside dining terrace, a formal dining room with two sets of double doors leading on to a small lawned garden. There is a large fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with doors opening onto the terraces & swimming pool. The main bedroom has a four poster King bed, bedroom 2 has a King sleigh bed & bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms have full ensuites with air-conditioning to the upper bedrooms & ceiling fan downstairs. The house has been furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings & modern art by local artists.
