Deserved Breaks is an air-conditioned, luxury villa with 2 master suites, over-sized swimming pool with jacuzzi & an extended decking with covered lanai. Ideal for extended family groups as it can sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The home has been furnished to a very high standard & attention to detail is evident throughout. It is located in Aviana Gated Community 15 minutes from Orlando's famous attractions, Aviana is just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway. The beautiful clubhouse at Aviana will have so many amenities by mid 2008 such as a state of the art fitness room, cyber cafe, arcade, sundry shop, putting green, sparkling clubhouse pool, sand volleyball court, & much more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above prices are based on a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children staying for a minimum of 4 weeks, for a larger party and shorter stay please contact the owner for a quote.
  • For a stay less than 7 nights, please add cleaning fee of $100.00 to the price. Pool heat is optional, but advisable from October to March $169.00 per week.

    To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of $380.00 per week is required.
    The balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable Security Deposit of $380.00.

    Cancellations: There is a cancellation charge for any cancellations made less than 10 weeks prior to departure.
  • Fees: Tax Rate: 12.0%
    Cleaning: $100.00 (only for a stay of less than 7 nights).
