Detached villa on a peaceful, picturesque development, surrounded by orange, lemon & olive groves, nestling in the hills behind Benidorm. With fully fitted kitchen, free view satellite TV in the lounge, patio with furniture for alfresco dining. Air-con and heating. There is a roof terrace with panoramic views of sea & mountains, with all day sunshine. The bustling nightlife of Benidorm is a 10-15 minute drive or if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle there are plenty of villages within easy reach. The area makes an excellent touring centre for the Northern Costa Blanca, from the sleepy village of Polop with its 200 fountains, the medieval town of Guadalest & the historical Moorish coastal town of Altea. The communal swimming pool is a 2 minute walk & serves 22 villas, & usually very quiet. Theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia & Mundomar are nearby. Golf courses close by. Car hire, airport pick ups can be arranged at reasonable rate. Local bar/cafe, 3 mins walk.

from the moment we booked the villaowner could,nt do enough to help us and nothing was too much troubleeven organising car hire because we had trouble as no credit card in my husband,s name and hom being the main driver.ecorent i would recomend to people booking this villa also,as they were equally helpful.The villa was in the right location,about 15 mins from benidorm i would say you do need a car and maybe 2 driver,s as my husband never had a break from driving for the whole of the week we were there,but great base for sightseeing as only 5 mins from a70 motorway which covers most of mainland spain,the swimming pool is just down the road to your left as is clean and safe for the kid,s.about 5 mins down the road you can find a british food only supermarket,but we only found it the day we were going home.if you go down the cv70 dual carriageway for about two roundabouts it,s on the left 3 doors down from the malamas supermarket and it sells british sausage,bacon,bread,cheese ect.so joan thanks again for a really brill holiday,it also gave my son and his wife a well earned break,as i said to you we will be back very soon and look forward to a long and lasting friendship. mrs bainbridge,birkenhead wirral,holidays were taken on the 24/09/2008 to01/10/2008 shame the weather let us down but as they say you can,t guarantee no matter were you are in the world and me and my husband are worldwide travellers

Beautiful roomy villa

i stayed in this property in october 2008. the property was really nice and clean, it is a good 15min to benidorm
we stayed at the villa with our friends and their children from london, we had a nice time the only thing i would reccomend is you make sure you hire a car with a spare wheel as the car we had onlyhave pump kits and it was murder trying to get recovery they couldnt speak english and we were left abandoned for six hours at roundabout in benidorm with split tyre, and our friends whom we dropped off at theme park had no phone with them, holiday stressful

We have stayed in the Costa Blanca on many times and have found it difficult to find the right location, but now we have found a villa that was just what we wanted, the owner was nice and told us all the details of what we may need and of who to contact if we had any problems. The villa was clean and plenty of towels and bedding. We will go back again and again as it was very good for me and my family with lots of things to do with the young and the elderly.

This tastefully furnished villa is well away from the bustling crowds, yet close enough to the beaches, shops and nightlife when you want to indulge.

The villa has three good sized bedrooms and all the amenties you might need, including satellite TV and partial AC/heating. The communal swimming pool is conveniently situated immediately across the road.

The owner is very helpful, and we can recommend the property without reservation.
