Self-Catering Holiday Home near Cognac to let. This lovely self-catering Gite provides the perfect base for a wonderful summer holiday spent in the Poitou-Charente. The farmhouse, dating from the 18th century lies in the heart of Cognac country. It is in the small hamlet of 'Le Moulin Vieux' on the edge of the village of Ars. Relax completely amongst the vineyards and sun flowers in this large 4 bedroom house which can sleep up to 10 people. Three of the four bedrooms have a shower and there is a fully equipped family bathroom and 3 separate toilets. There is plenty of room to relax indoors or out, a large garden and and pool is available for the whole family. Ideal for a very large family or two families sharing who need a well located summer holiday rental ' Moulin Vieux' is the perfect setting for a great holiday. Close to historical towns, beautiful beaches, golf club, airports. and much much more!
