These 2 brand new & adjacent self catering apartments are located in the conservation area of Budchaka peninsula in the lovely village of Sozopol on the southern Black sea coast. Equipped with air con & furnished to the highest standards. The bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined to make a double. The large lounge has 2 sofa beds. The balcony has uninterrupted sea views. There is a TV, DVD player. Free WIFI connection, free access to gym and free use of mountain bikes The kitchen's fully equipped - hob oven fridge & all the cutlery, utensils & equipment you are used to at home. The bathroom is independently accessed from both the bedroom & the lounge & has a spacious shower cubicle. Linen & towels inc.beach towels are supplied. Nearby there is a mini market to cater for the day to day necessities. The apartments have ample parking, security guard on duty 24hr.This is a beautiful place to relax & enjoy Bulgaria at its best.

Our 2 adjacent & almost identical apartments are situated on the first floor of the brand new Apolon complex on the quiet Budjaka peninsular. The apartments are superbly furnished, air conditioned & sleep 4 comfortably. They both have balconies overlooking the private pool & the sea. Each has one bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined to form a double. In the large lounge/kitchen area there is a double couch which can be made into 2 singles or a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might expect for a self catering holiday. There is a large bathroom with shower cubical .The bathroom can be accessed independently from both the bedroom and the lounge. A welcome pack will be placed in the fridge upon your arrival. The apartment will be cleaned prior your arrival. If you would prefer a more comprehensive maid service it can be arranged at a modest charge. We can arrange private airport transfers for you. The journey takes about 40 mins.

Our apartments are located on a peninsula within walking distance of the town of Sozopol. Sozopol is located on 2 horse shoe bays. The old town is full of character with half timbered houses, cobbled streets & tranquil tree bordered squares. On the cliffs around old town there are many high standard sea food restaurants. There are also lots of little pavement bars to sip a Raki & watch the world go by. The new town is the commercial area and is also adjacent to the main beach. Here too there are lots of restaurants & bars. There are plenty of shops banks mini markets etc. The town has a lovely airy feel too it with the cool green parks, forests & gardens & picturesque rocky cliffs & romantic bays. It is a very special & attractive place with a beautiful climate making it the perfect retreat for those who want an entirely different experience to the Sunny Beach area. Easy access from most UK major airports makes Bulgaria the up & coming destination for the discerning traveller.

Sozopol itself is a great place for a beach holiday, lovely wee town. The apartments are fantastic. Our apartment slept 2 in the bedroom, and 3 in the living room with ample space. The kitchen and bathroom were great and the little extras that Louise and Ian leave for you make you feel very welcome. Lousie and Ian are great, really friendly and very helpful, great hosts, they gave us DVDs to watch in the apartment when my blue Scottish skin couldn't take anymore glorious sunshine. The apartment is modern, clean, has fantastic views, is right next to a shop and anything you need just ask Ian and Louise and I'm sure they'll help. I'd definately go back and have already recommended it to friends. There are some brilliant restaraunts in sozopol especially in the old town on Morski Skali looking onto the water. Have a great holiday!!

We spent 2 fabulous weeks in Sozopol in Sep 08.We were so lucky to have chosen an apartment from Iain and Louise in the Apolon Complex and the weather was simply fantastic.

The description of the property does not do it justice.Wonderful sea views over the pool to greet you every morning.Quite simply this proved to be the best self catering accomodation we have ever stayed in.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and equiped to the highest standard.Wonderful value for money.

The little extras, mountain bikes, fre wifi, beach towells and of course the welcome pack, (the bottle of wine a lovely touch) demonstrates their commitment to service and sets them apart for that reason.There was a very informative 'info pack' in the apartment complete with maps, restuarant guide, taxi numbers, even a Bulgarian English phrase book.The phrase book was a great help on our gastronomic adventures.

The standard of retuarants and the food was excellent and such good value.The wine is of the highest standard and at a fraction of UK prices.A meal for 2 with drinks before, wine and coffee typically cost about £12.Our favourite, El Greco is on the ramparts of the old wall on the way to old town with stunning views over the bay.Try the taramasalata and perlenka (like pita bread but tasty)it is outstanding.

There are also many informal small bars which do food, ideal for lunch when at the beach.these are really cheap

The fact that Louise personally manages the appartments and is on site to offer help and advice makes all the difference.Her hospitality was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble
I cant't recomend it enough and we will be back

great vacation

I have spent one week with my wife and daughters, one of two years and one of 8 month and the only thing which made us unhappy was that we had to leave. It's a great place to be with the family, quite, place to swim for babies, gorgeous view, out of the crowded Sozopol but close to everything you need. Louis and Iain are great.
PS the Internet connection makes possible that you keep contact with work if needed
About Sozopol:
Generally food is convenient as price and quality around, but not always if you would go to more expensive place it would be better the food
Very hard to find parking places in Sozopol center and they can get a little aggressive, so if you can leave the car at the residence.
Overall it great to spend tha vacation there if you want to have some nice sunny relaxing time at the see side, it would worth all the money
