This new villa is set in an exclusive development only 150 meters from the sea and a private beach. Set within one of the most beautiful areas in the Greek mainland, Porto Heli, the south of France of Greece. The ground floor is open plan and comprising of living, dinning and kitchen areas. Wash room and utility room also available on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with their own individual balconies and 2 bathrooms one of which is 'ensuite'. Outside there is a private swimming pool, terrace, garden and parking. Total floor area: 115sqm. (1237 sq. feet).

Nearest Ferry: Porto Heli at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 300.0 Metres
Car: recommended
Porto Heli is the nearest town, it's a five minute drive. It has all the expected amenities including supermarkets, variety of tavernas/restaurants, cafes, bars and gift shops. Car and bike hire available here also. The picturesque yachting marina, set in a natural formed horseshoe bay, is perfect for water sports and sailing. Porto Heli can be reached in approx 2 1/2 hrs by car from Athens or 2 hrs by ferry from the port of Pireaus. It is an ideal location for visiting the island of Spetses with a very promising night life and it's only 5 minutes away by water taxi departing from Kosta regularly. The historical amphitheatre of Epidavros is a 45 minute drive, and Naphplion the ancient capital of Greece is an hours drive. The islands of Hydra and Poros can also be reached by ferry which leaves from Porto Heli port daily.
