A very attractive, sunny flat with charming views of the hills to the east and pretty gardens (palm, olive and orange trees) and 1920's villas from the two balconies; It is in a quiet residential and sought-after area, yet right in the heart of Cannes, on the 4th floor (with a lift), and individually adjustable AIR-CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT. NOW with Ultra High Speed FIBRE OPTIC Internet and TV.

Master Bedroom is large with en suite bathroom with WC, a sitting/study area, + west-facing balcony to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun.

The second double bedroom can have 2 single beds (plenty of space inbetween !) or made up as a king-size bed. Large wardrobe and east-facing balcony, and adjacent shower room.

The living room and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, w/machine + table for 3/4) all open onto a long balcony, facing east, to enjoy the sun from first thing in the morning until noon, or the shade in the afternoon . Second shower-room with large shower, washbasin and WC , + a 3rd independent WC.

A private, secure parking space is included.

It is just 8 min walk from the seafront (La Croisette), 5 min walk from the smart shops in rue d'Antibes, and exactly a 9 min walk from the Palais des Festivals. Buses pass within 100 metres, and there is a local supermarket, pharmacy etc 100m away.

Great apartment and location!

Our visit to Cannes was especially enjoyable this year. This apartment has wonderful light, a fantastic location and all the essential amenities. The refurbished bathrooms were also a plus. The owner was very helpful and available if needed (and he wasn't needed). Grocery store nearby was handy. The train station was minutes away, for travel to other towns. I would definitely stay here again.

An outstanding, well-located apartment in Cannes

After a cloudy, cool week in Paris, Sheri and I were absolutely delighted to arrive in Cannes to find we would be staying a week in this outstanding apartment. The place was bright, spacious and exceptionally well appointed and stocked. The master bed was very comfortable and we slept like logs. One of the best features were the two balconies, one on the east off the living room to catch the morning sun and one on the west off the master bedroom to enjoy a late afternoon cocktail and watch the sunset. We also loved having the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms.

We found the apartment to be very private and quiet. The neighbourhood is lovely, and it's just a short walk into town with marvellous shopping and dinner options.

The week here was the final week of five we spent in Italy and France. We stayed in VRBO apartments all the way, but I must say this one was the best. Our host, Jonathan, was very helpful. We really appreciated the time he spent orienting us to this lovely place! Don't hesitate to book this apartment. You'll love it!

We would love to return and will recommend it to all our friends.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment

We stayed there this month for 7 days. The apartment has a personal touch thanks to the books and various objects left by the owner that make you feel like home.

It is very spacious, comfortable and bright. I especially liked the living room which has two fluffy couches and a special chair that you could dive into. The mattresses in the bedroom were very good and invited you to sleep. The kitchen has all the kitchenware you could need for a holiday and more.

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and it met all our expectations.

Very good flat in Cannes!

We were 2 couples and we loved our stay! The flat is very nice, clean and well equiped. Everything matches with the website description and Jonathan made us feel at home when we arrived.

I would definetely recommend this property for friends and family!

The property was perfect!!!

Very impressed with the apartment , everything you could possible want was there, It was very clean and comfortable and we was shown round in person by jonathan who explained it all to us and suggested some good places to visit,

The position was also ideal, as it was less than ten minutes walk from the sea front,

There were plenty of activities to keep both myself and husband plus two teenage girls occupied, I don't think I heard either of them say once that they were bored for the two weeks we were there,

And finally I do suggest that if possible , do take a helicopter flight while your there its amazing!!!!

A lovely week in (mostly) sunny Cannes

We were in desperate need of sunshine after a drab and depressing Winter and Spring, so, together with two friends, we headed for Cannes in late June. The apartment proved the perfect base for our week's stay - and John Mindham a most accommodating host. He was flexible about our arrival time (early afternoon) meeting us promptly to show us around the flat and explain the dos and don'ts. He also gave us a brief description of the town and surrounding countryside, and then left us alone to enjoy.

The flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Apart from a few friendly encounters in the foyer we were hardly aware of our neighbors. There were decent shops within easy reach, and the lively part of town, with its beaches, bars and restaurants, within easy walking distance. Wifi, telephone and TV all provided in good working order.

We had a great time and would definitely consider a return visit.

Centrally but quietly situated in glamorous Cannes, famous for it's Film Festival and the glitterati, with some of the best shops in the world on your doorstep, just a few minutes walk from the Croisette, where you can stroll along and admire the beautiful yachts and sunsets... and just 'people-watch' from one of the (free) blue chairs, or enjoy the beautiful private or public beaches.

St Tropez (take a boat!), Grasse, Nice (explore the Flower Market and Old City) and Italy are all easily accessible by car or train.

Or explore the quaint old town of Cannes 'Le Suquet', the museums, antique and flower markets on foot or with the help of 'Le Petit Train', and have your photo taken on the red carpet of the Palais des Festivals.

For shopping the rue d'Antibes is HEAVEN! Very stylish shops, not necessarily expensive. For everyday needs there are a supermarket, boulangerie, bars, restaurants etc within 100 metres, and the food markets at Place Gambetta and Forville are a few minutes walk
