The Chalet Steingaertli has been built in the typical Swiss chalet style with lots of wood. It is situated in a very calm place. In winter you cannot get to the chalet by taxi however it is within 5-6 minutes walk on foot from the railway station, from the centre and from the Maennlichen cable car station. From the big and very sunny terrace you will be able to enjoy a magnificent view on to the Jungfrau and the other mountains. The garden close-by makes the apartment even more attractive for families with children. The apartment has got 3.5 rooms at the ground floor with a surface of 85 m2. It is furnished in a modern and pleasant style. The apartment has got 2 spacious double bedrooms which is ideal for 4 people to stay. The cosy living room is nicely furnished with a sofa corner, cable TV and a recorder. The apartment is very bright and sunny as part of it is a winter garden. Therefore the view is unbeatable and the sun is shining all day long if it shines...

We stayed in this chalet in Sept.Fabulous views from every window-and there were windows everywhere! Superb location in the picturesque Wengen. Checking in and out was effortless. We are already planning a return trip to Wengen and this wonderful chalet.
